Delivery Estimates

Unlike some online retailers that pick and ship products, we print all orders bespoke from scratch. Every order is different too - from sizes and shapes to designs and finishes - meaning that it can be a complicated process.

Even the simplest orders go through numerous machines to deliver the final result. Every sticker or label we create for you will require its own setup, print, cut and package before it's ready to be delivered.

This is why we'd like to make clear that our suggested delivery dates are estimates. We're proud of the fact we deliver 97% of orders on time, and we always aim for 100%, but due to the complexities of bespoke printing, some orders may arrive a little later.

Here are some examples of the most common reasons behind orders being delivered slightly later than the estimated date:

The types of stickers or labels purchased

Due to additional finishing processes, types such as metallic, white ink clear and custom cut are usually delivered 1-2 working days later than our website estimate.

The speed of proof approval

If you're required to approve a PDF proof before we start printing, we can only begin when that approval is given, so any delays in that regard will push back the delivery date by a similar amount of time.

The accuracy of artwork

The dates we estimate for delivery are based on print-ready artwork being uploaded that meets our print specifications.

With our print check guarantee, we will make any adjustments to your artwork if they're needed (or inform you of any artwork issues we can't fix) before we begin printing. However, this may result in a minor delay.

Errors during ordering

Mistakes can happen during ordering. It could be the incorrect quantity or material, the wrong size, or wrong unit of measurement. Errors can also occur in supplied artwork, such as typos. We can almost always rectify these issues, but they are likely to cause the estimated delivery date to be missed.

Bespoke design requirements

Our graphic design department is happy to create bespoke designs for your order if they're needed. We can also make basic amendments to supplied artwork where possible. However, this will have an impact on the estimated delivery date, particularly if multiple revisions are required.

Overall, we'll strive to get your order delivered when you expect it, and it's likely we will, but please factor these points in mind for jobs with urgent deadlines.

If you're concerned about being at your property to receive the delivery, we've got that covered. Once dispatched, we'll send your order with next-day delivery by DPD couriers. They will send you a specific date and time-slot for your order to arrive with full parcel tracking.
