How do I place an order?

You can place an order online using our personalised product calculators which are on every product page, if you need any help using our website please feel free to browse through our how to order guide here or if you are having trouble supplying your artwork simply click here for a full guide.

If you would prefer to place your order by email simply contact us with your requirements via the form above and we will be happy to send a quote.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Our standard turnaround time for orders placed with artwork supplied is 2-3 working days from order to dispatch, unless otherwise stated before you place your order (for example lamination indicates a longer turnaround time)

If you have requested our design service this can add a minimum of 1-2 working days to the turnaround time depending on proofs etc.

If you are still awaiting an order and it has been longer than the time stated please contact us and we will aim to resolve this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Can I track my delivery?

All items are dispatched using a next day courier service. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an automatic email or SMS message with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

If you require further information on delivery times you can simply go to the courier’s website, type in your tracking number and using their unique online tracker you will be able to find out the exact location of your parcel!

What happens if I miss my order being delivered?

If you are out when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a while you were out card, this will have a contact number to call to re-arrange delivery, you will need your tracking number to hand to ensure the correct item is delivered. It is free of charge to arrange a re-delivery, but if the courier has tried multiple times to deliver it will be sent back to FastPrint, in which case there will be a charge of £5.99 to send your item out again.

As all parcels require a signature from the consignee at the address given, it is essential that somebody is in, so if this may be a problem please provide an alternative address before we proceed to re-send your item.

My order is not correct?

If you have realised an error within your order invoice, please contact us as soon as possible using the form above to confirm your exact requirements and we will strive to ensure it is resolved ASAP.

If you feel the order you have received is not correct and to the specifications you have ordered, please contact us using the form above and we will do our best to resolve and correct the issue ASAP.
